Our Mission:

At Silver lining top quality care is our priority. We exclusively work with each patient and offer a number of services. Our registered nurses are trained professionals who are experienced in working one on one with individuals who need Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy. Our certified Dieticians stabilize a healthy diet to prevent further illness. Working closely with our social workers we make sure that we provide the adequate quality care that is needed to service each patient.
